Vintage 1960s Micro Mosaic Brooch with Turquoise Background and Multicoloured Floral Centre (Sold)

A bright Flower Power Brooch  from Italy and dating from the 1960s is on offer.  This vintage micro mosaic brooch is of lovely quality with the white metal gallery being of a stepped design above a rope twist border.  The oval brooch has a bright turquoise background with an array of flowers set within.  There is a white daisy with a yellow middle and a blue daisy type flower again with a yellow middle.  Three large flowers in tones of red, yellow and white with black centres look a lot like poppies. There is a teeny little white and red flower and a forget-me-not type flower in light blue and yellow as well as variegated leaves in shades of green dotted around the floral display.  This vintage brooch is in excellent condition and it fastens will a roll over type clasp and pin also in white metal.  Measurements for this vintage pin are 4cms by 3cms by 0.75cms.
