SOLD Howling Dog Brooch by Lea Stein of Paris - Pouf the Dog Pin - Peach and Black

Pouf the Howling Dog is one of a range of cute dog brooches and pins designed by Lea Stein of Paris.  Pouf is a vintage 1950's style brooch that will appeal to all who adore Terrier dogs.  Here we have a large pearly soft peach to brown coloured dog with his head raised up and his ears sticking out like he is howling at the moon - you can almost hear his cry!  He has a black eye, ears, nose, long tail and a collar with lozenge tag.  This characterful 3-D dog pin is by the famous Parisian designer Lea Stein and it has her signature on the 'v' shaped pin fastening to prove it. He would look super on the lapel of a jacket, especially on denim for the Summer - very jolly indeed!  Lea Stein collectors are often interested in the reverse patterns  on their brooches and this brooch has a reverse in similar laminate and a pink tone with black for the colours. The  Lea Stein Pouf the Howling Dog Brooch measures about 9 cms by 4 cms.
