Sold Designer Dog Brooch -Ric by Lea Stein Paris - Red Terrier Dog Pin

Ric the Terrier is one a range of cute dog brooches and pins designed by Lea Stein of Paris.  Ric is a vintage style brooch that will appeal to all who adore Terrier dogs.  Here we have a large bright red coloured terrier dog with black ears, nose and eye plus a collar with a lozenge tag detail. It is by the famous Parisian designer Lea Stein and it has her signature on the 'v' shaped pin fastening to prove it. This delicious dog is a lovely colour  with a shiny laminate that has a pleasing finish with a subtle pattern to it like a beaten metal. It’s a great shade as the colour works well on denim and brights as well as darker winter coats.    Collectors often love to see the reverse of a Lea Stein brooch as the colour-ways can be as exciting on the back  as on the front!  This Lea Stein Dog doesn't disappoint as the reverse is a myriad of deep red, green and yellow colours, with plain grey for one of the the ears and black for the other and the nose tip. The Lea Stein Ric the Terrier Brooch measures about 9 cms by 6 cms. It is made of layered celluloid acetate or rhodoid.
