Sold Oak Leaf with Acorns Brooch - vintage pin by Miracle - Goldtone with Green Acorns
Here is a really pretty vintage signed Miracle brooch which consists of a small, naturalistic oak leaf with three sweet acorns sitting in their cups. The acorns are made from glass which is green with marbled white detail to imitate a natural Connemara stone. The metal has a gold tone finish to it and there is a lot of fine detailing on the surface of the leaf, the veins of the leaf and the cross-hatching pattern on the acorn cups. This brooch is Miracle jewellery originally made in Solihull, Birmingham by Jewellers A.J. Hill and Company. This super Acorn with Leaf pin is supplied in a branded Miracle Jewellery presentation box with faux green gold tooled leather outer and green velvet pad. The brooch, which measures two inches in length and an inch across at its widest point, fastens with a secure roll-over clasp and is in Excellent condition.
