Red Fox Brooch - Lea Stein Fox Pin in Watermarked Silk Look (SOLD)

Patterned in  bright red with an effect like vintage watermarked silk fabric,  this black eyed Fox brooch is an iconic piece from the Parisian Jewellery designer, Lea Stein.  It has been really hard to capture the true colour of this fabulous brooch as the laminate has such a shine to it that the colour appears to alter depending on the light and the background.  It is a rich true red not as orangey as the picture may make it seem!  The 3-D Fox brooches were first designed in the 1960s and are as popular now as they were back then.  This Fox pin is made from cellulose acetate and is a fabulous item of costume jewellery and a real statement brooch for your wardrobe or collection.

This contemporary Fox brooch measures almost 4 inches by 2.5 inches at its widest parts and has the traditional white metal Lea Stein pin back with a roll-over type fastener.
