Painted 1940s Lucite Brooch with Flower Decoration (SOLD)

1940s brooches were often hand-made and this one is a lovely example.  The 1940s lucite brooch consists of  painterly florals and the design is on a rectangle of black acrylic lucite.   There are two and a half large  'daisy' type blooms in shades of mauve with yellow middles, six smaller bright blue and yellow 'Forgetmenot' flowers and leaves in green too.  The 1940s lucite brooch measures 4cms by 2.5 cms by .5 cm and is in very good condition.  The pin on the reverse is brass metal with a guarded end.
