This Ola Gorie Siver Brooch measures 3.7 cms in diameter and has a good solid chunky feel to it. It has the quality you can expect from a world renowned award winning jeweller and a design that is ancient yet has appeal in modern times. These is a textured pattern to the reverse of this silver brooch where the item has the following hallmarks upon it: OMG for Ola M. Gorie ( Although the first letter 'o' is distorted as if not there) the letter R which dates it to 1992 , the Lion Rampant to show it is 925 Sterling Silver and the Castle which is the mark for Edinburgh where it was assayed.
