Faceted Crystal and Rolled Gold Wire Necklace from the 1930s (SOLD)

Here is an easy to wear vintage necklace which features facet cut glass crystal beads linked together by hand with intricate rolled gold wire work.  There are just eleven old cut crystal beads on this pretty old necklace but as they are so lovely and sparkly they are all that is needed!  The beads graduate down in size  and the necklace measures a little over 18 inches in length and fastens with a hand made hook which just links onto the open loop at the other end of the necklace.  It is always useful to have wired beads, particularly with a vintage necklace as they are not going to need to be rethreaded.  People often don't realise that they should get their antique and vintage and any other precious beads rethreaded every two to three years to ensure they remain servicable.  These wired crystal beads are perfect and will remain so!  The necklace dates to circa 1930 and is in good order.
