Art Deco Silver and Marcasite Dress Clip (SOLD)

Dating from the 1920's - 1930's Art Deco era, this is a delightful dress clip.  Made of marked '935' continental Silver this jewel probably originated in France, home of many of the most chic design of the Deco era. The vintage dress clip is set with faceted natural marcasite stones which twinkle gently.  This versatile piece of vintage costume jewellery can be worn over the neckline of a frock, over a hatband, in a scarf or even as a hair ornament.  The clip fastener is good and tight and the Silver and Marcasite Dress Clip is in excellent condition.  It measures just about an inch by a little over half an inch at its widest points.
