A Miracle Brooch in the form of a Jewelled Plume - Vintage

A jaunty brooch from the Miracle designers is on offer. Here we have a plume shaped, jewel-set brooch. This pin would look great on a lapel but would also add something to a hat, beret or Tam'o Shanter! In keeping with so many Miracle designs, this vintage brooch is set in a pewter coloured metal with chased and engraved work on it. There is a claw-set central purple coloured  faceted glass jewel ( rather like an Amethyst) and this is topped by five glass flat jewels in a semi-circular design. There is a brown red stone to look like Carnelian, a marbled blue stone imitating Turquoise, the pale green of the Connemara marble and the darker green Chrysoprase and white and black striped banded Agate are replicated well. The brooch pin measures just under 2 inches across and almost one and a half inches down. It is offered to you in very good order and will be easy to pin to a hat or garment using its guarded 'c' type clasp. The all-important 'Miracle' signature is clearly seen on the reverse of this vintage pin. The brooch closes with a roll over 'c' type clasp which shows a slight discolouration .
