1960's signed Exquisite Enamel Snowdrop Flower Brooch New Range - Mint and Boxed(SOLD)

 Here is a really delightful 1960's vintage cold enamel brooch in the form of a Snowdrop with three detailed leaves.  The Snowdrop Flower Brooch has two fully opened blooms in a gold tone metal finished with a cream white cold enamel and the three leaves are finished in green cold enamel.  It is on its  plastic presentation card marked with the Exquisite logo and the words 'An Exquisite Creation', 'January' and 'Snowdrop'.  It is in the original flower print cardboard box with a cellophane overlay but without the original printed paper sheet  that was often supplied with these vintage brooches which gives a little detail about the range.  This Snowdrop brooch is from  the New Range of Birthday Flower Brooches and the photocopy leaflet lists the flower pins available and their Registered Design Numbers. The brooch is in mint condition and the box is in used but good order - showing that it has been around for nearly 50 years!  This 1960's brooch is one of the harder to come by designs from  Exquisite Jewellery Ltd., of Solihull, Warwickshire, England.  They also made a series of Leaves pins and matching earrings and other costume jewellery.  The vintage snowdrop pin measures just over 2.5 inches by 2  inches and fastens with a secure roll over type clasp.  Perfect for gifting or keeping in your vintage and antique costume jewelry collection!
