1930s Crystal Pendant on later Silver chain (SOLD)

Unusual and extremely chic this 1930's white metal pendant is set with 15 large oval open set glass crystal jewels and 14 tiny foil backed faceted diamantes. These sparkling crystals were all set by hand and are held in place with claw and cup settings. The Pendant is a good size being 2.5 inches and a little over 1.5 inches.  This is a good quality piece of vintage costume jewellery.  The metal setting has a chromed finish and is also engraved with a pretty design on the reverse.  The 1930's pendant has been placed on a much newer sterling silver chain for easy wear.  The sterling silver chain is 18 inches long and can be removed from the pendant to allow the crystal pendant to be worn on a ribbon or longer or shorter chain to suit.  This sparkly crystal pendant is just the thing for the party season and would look fabulous over a dark jumper or your little black dress!
