Decorated on one side only this silver fob was made in Birmingham and has the assay office mark for the year 1929 - the letter 'E'. This nice silver fob also bears the makers mark of a prolific Birmingham jewellers - William Adams Limited whose premises were in Barr Street, Birimingham , England and who's hallmarks have been registered from the year 1907 right up to the year 1991. Among their output were fob medals, flat ware, candlesticks, tea and coffee services and much more. They were obviously quality makers as this silver watch fob medal is a really well made item.
